Brian Cunnane

With over 25 years of experience in Sports and Entertainment Operations and Management, Brian is not only the president but is also the driving force behind Premier Facility Services. Prior to founding Premier Facility Services in 2006, he managed over 26 accounts as the Vice President of Operations Sports and Entertainment at Aramark. Before holding that position, he worked as the District Manager for Aramark ServiceMaster, as a regional manager for Harry M. Stevens, and he started his career in Facility Management as a Maintenance Manager at the Astrodome.He attended Bloomsburg State College and is consistently striving to gain knowledge in the facility management field. He completed various courses sponsored by Aramark in leadership and management, studied at Pennsylvania State University, and has completed several IFMA sponsored courses. Brian is known best for his outstanding leadership and afternoon bar-b-ques he puts on for his employees.

 

Jeff Johnson
Director

For almost eight years, Jeff Johnson has been working in facilities management and is currently the Director of Facility Services for Premier Facility Services. Prior to this position he served as the General Manager at the Pepsi Center from 2003 to 2006 for Aramark Sports and Entertainment and was the office manager from 1999 to 2001. Before entering the Sports and Entertainment, he studied Finance at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Jeff is currently working towards his Masters in Business Administration at the University of Colorado at Denver.

 

Matt Steinhart
General Manager

Matt Steinhart has been in the facility maintenance industry since 2004 and currently manages The Broomfield Event Center as a General Manager. Prior to this position, he assisted in the growth and development of Premier Facility Services at the Pepsi Center as the Operations Manager starting in 2006. Currently he is also working on and supporting the opening of the new Dick's Sporting Goods Park, and will be managing the crew upon its completion. Matt Steinhart attended Colorado School of Mines for two years on a football scholarship, and then completed his BA in Human Performance and Sport with a concentration in Sport Industry and Operations with a minor in Business Management from Metropolitan State College of Denver. Upon graduation in 2004, he began working at Coors Field as the assistant night manager. He continued to grow and develop as an Assistant Manager when he was transferred to the Pepsi Center and was later promoted to the Operations Manager. He managed staffing for cleaning at The Staples center in LA for the X-Games and also aided in ensuring a clean and safe environment at Reliant Park in Houston after Hurricane Katrina.  

 

Roberto Ayala
General Manager

For over nineteen years, Roberto Ayala has been in the Facilities Management industry and is currently  the General Manager at the American Airlines Center in Dallas Texas.  Previously he worked as a General Manager at Houston Independent School District – Property Management Services from September 2005 thru October 2006.  From November 2003 thru September 2005 he was District Manager for Aramark Facility Services.  He also worked for ServiceMaster Facility Services from 1988 thru 2003, and served in several positions like Mid West District Manager form 2001 thru 2003; Associate Director of Operations from 1999 thru 2001; and Coordinating Manager for MEMC Southwest from 1997 thru 1999, Intel Corporation from 1993 thru 1997 and Hughes Aircraft Electronic Division from 1988 thru 1993.  During his tenure, Mr. Ayala has managed an array of clients from Sport & Entertainment venues, Food Processing Plants, Aircraft Manufacturing Plants to Semiconductor Facilities.

 

Gwen Taylor
Office Manager

Gwen Taylor has worked in Sports and Entertainment for 6 years and is currently the Office Manager for Premier Facility Services. Prior to this position, she worked for a year at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, Colorado and the Denver Coliseum in Denver, Colorado holding a position as General Manager in 2005, and actually worked at the Pepsi Center from 2001-2005 as an Office Manager. Before entering the Sports and Entertainment Industry she studied Television and Journalism Media at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
